A new way to own
Own a brand-new home in the country without taking on a huge mortgage. The Melrose is designed for the way people live today, with an open kitchen, bright rooms and everything on one level. It’s ready for you to move in and start living.
Brand-new 2026 construction, never lived in, with 1,500 square feet of single-level, ranch-style living, all on one floor. Walk up the steps to a covered front porch with a fresh railing and a white craftsman-style front door with a row of glass panes. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, watching the fall colors settle over the quiet countryside, and waving to neighbors as they stroll by. Inside, the kitchen is the heart of the home: dark wood-tone cabinets, light countertops, a white subway-tile backsplash, a stainless refrigerator and built-in microwave, a range under a chimney-style hood, and a large island with a farmhouse-style stainless sink and dishwasher.
Wide-plank wood-look flooring runs through the main living areas, and bright windows let in plenty of natural light. The bedrooms are carpeted with white paneled doors and closets, and a separate laundry room includes a utility sink, cabinet, and its own exterior door, so it doubles as a mud room. One bath features a soaking tub. Out back and beyond, the view opens onto farm fields and rolling, wooded hills.
